Community Church Service at the Old Free Meeting House at 10am.

The Community Variety Show will be at Quimby Gym at 4pm

Wednesday – July 22, 2015

Free Ice Cream Social is at the Quimby Field at 6:30 pm.

Saturday – July 25, 2015

“KID’s DAY”

3K Road Race & Fun Run at Quimby School

Registration is at 8 am to 8:45 am then the race begins at 9 am.

Kids Fun Day is loaded with FREE Fun Activities for the Kids in Quimby Field.

Starts at 10 am and goes until 4 pm.

Fireworks Show will be at North Country Rivers – around 9 pm or after dark.

Sunday – July 26, 2015

Family Paddle down the Kennebec River

Starts at 10 am at the Bingham Boat Landing and finishes off at Solon.

May 25, 2015:

memorial Day eventThis Memorial Day, we will celebrate at Old Union Church at 10 AM.

There will be a Presentation of Colors by the Color Guard, followed by the National Anthem, which Amanda Landry will sing.

Rev. John Mazzei will give the opening prayer.

The Commander of the American Legion, Mr. Robert Henderson, will give the Pledge of Allegiance and the Welcome to the event.

Bob Howe, is the Memorial Day Speaker.

Music will be by the Congregational Church Choir, and Jim West.

Pastor Tim Hoyt, will give the closing prayer.

Following this is the Parade, which will be from Old Church Street, and march to the Bingham Cemetery, on the Stanley Beane Lot.

A service of Placing the Riflemen, Reading of the Honor Roll, Placing of the Wreath, The Riflemen Volley, and Taps will take place here.

Then, the Parade moves north on Main Street, to the D.A.R. and Heroes Marker. A wreath will be placed here.

The Parade moves to the Bingham Library, where another wreath is placed. It moves to the Old Post Office parking lot on West Street.

We appreciate our Veteran’s Service to our Country, and invite you to attend this event….
